From Lawyer to Artist: Robert Johnson

February 19, 2023:

Robert Johnson shared the inspiring story of how he left position as a lawyer in Northern Virginia, relentlessly chasing his passion for painting, to give up his law practice, and became a full time master painter, exhibiting and selling work all over the United States.

This 60 minute talk was conducted in front of a live audience at the Jackson Art Center, Georgetown's only studio space for working artists. The talk was moderated by fellow artist and interviewer Philip Linder.

Robert's paintings and book were on display for sale during the event.
