In Georgetown on R Street,
directly opposite Montrose Park
(202) 342-9778

Jackson artists work on paper, canvas, and fabric, in photographic and digital darkrooms and studios, as well as  on pottery and clay design.

The Jackson Art Center was once an elementary school in Washington D.C..  It is now home to the studios of almost 50 artists. Used as working spaces for most of the year, for 2 days Jackson welcomes the public to its open studios in December and May.
